Recently (as in... about 30 seconds ago) I was writing a paper on the advantages and disadvantages of layoffs vs. furloughs and I posed the question, "How are managers supposed to know which method to employ?"
Sometimes i'll come here to check in and see the title of this post. Pretty much every time, I first read it as "I am puny." It pays not to be able to read, because that's funny.
