If you were able to talk to a whole bunch of people, and set a date for everyone to yell "Bless you!" at every single person that sneezes that day? I just like to think about someone sneezing in a public area and then like 30 people shouting "Gesundheit!" at them!
It would freak them out, and I would laugh.

Isn't there a famous artist who does things like that? I think he did something where he planned it so that at a certain time, most (or all?) of the people at Grand Central Station froze in their place. It sounds pretty cool. Maybe you should talk to him. I can't remember his name.. and am too lazy to look it up. this comment is fail.
but yes, it would be cool.
