A recent
trip to Spark with two of my favorite ladies convinced us that we needed more edamame in our lives.
Plans were made, recipes were both created, found, and modified, ingredients were purchased, and a sleepover was born. It was a strong baby - mother(s) and child are all doing fine, thank you for asking.

So, no. In this case, edamame was not a health food.
But it was healthy to our tongues!
